Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of ClipFlux at tryclipflux.com, including client accounts, editor accounts, project submissions, and payments.
By creating an account, checking the agreement box, or continuing with Google, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ClipFlux for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
The service
ClipFlux is a video editing service. Clients submit footage and a brief. Editors deliver finished videos. Plan features, turnaround, and revision terms are the ones shown on the pricing page and in your account at the time you buy or submit.
Delivery times are estimates. They depend on the plan you purchase, the materials you send, and the scope of the brief. You must own or have permission to use every video, image, track, logo, and other material you submit.
Accounts
You must give a real name and email address. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us at priyanka_jesyal@inclusionsoft.com if you believe someone else is using your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is used for abuse, fraud, nonpayment, or a breach of these terms.
Editors
An editor account is for accepting assigned projects and delivering the edit. Editors may use client materials only to complete that work, and must keep those materials confidential.
Payments
Plan purchases and project payments are card charges processed by Stripe at checkout. The price is shown before you pay. A payment counts as complete only after Stripe confirms it. If you cancel checkout, or Stripe reports the payment as failed, the plan or project is not marked paid.
ClipFlux does not store your full card number. Stripe processes the card payment under its own terms.
If a paid project cannot be started, email priyanka_jesyal@inclusionsoft.com and we will review a refund of that unused payment. Editing work that has already been delivered is not refundable. Plan fees are not refundable after the plan is activated, except where the law requires a refund.
Your content
You keep ownership of the footage and briefs you submit. You give ClipFlux and the assigned editor permission to use that material to perform, deliver, and support the service. You keep ownership of the finished edit we deliver, once the related payment has succeeded.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClipFlux to submit illegal content, infringe someone else's rights, upload malware, interfere with the service, scrape the site, or harass editors, clients, or staff.
Liability
ClipFlux is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular business result from an edit. To the extent the law allows, ClipFlux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for materials you did not have the right to submit. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan or project that claim relates to.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use ClipFlux after an update means you accept the updated terms.
